Recognition of the state registration plate is carried out automatically by an intelligent system based on a photograph of the car obtained from special video cameras for recognition of license plates by ARH (Adaptive recognition) at the moment of crossing the vehicle measurement zone

Reliability of recognition of state numbers in real conditions
Measuring the mass of vehicles is carried out using special weighing sensors from Kistler, which are mounted on the road.
The measurement error of the weight parameters of a moving vehicle depends on the quality of the roadway. The presence of road surface irregularities, recesses and protrusions on the road surface increase the measurement error.
The requirements for the maximum permissible error of the weighing system, depending on the state of the roadway, are regulated by the methodology R RK 218 -2014 , according to this methodology, the quality of the road surface is classified into 3 classes - (I, II, III classes).
The value of the error in measuring the mass of the vehicle by the system is determined depending on the class of the roadway.

Limits of permissible relative error of measurements of the total mass
The system performs automatic calculation of the number of vehicle axles based on the data on the number of wheel runs of one axle on the sensor within the time of crossing all vehicle axles in the measurement zone.
The class (type) of the vehicle, the system automatically calculates based on the data of the total number of axles, axle groups, the number of axles in the group and the center distance based on the methodology R RK 218-2014 "Guidelines for the weighing system of vehicles in motion".
Measurement of the number of wheels (slopes) on the axle is automatically carried out by the system software based on the vehicle classification database.
Measurement of the dimensions of the vehicle is carried out by laser sensors from SICK based on determining the spatial position of the points of the moving vehicle, with further construction of a three-dimensional model of the scanned object in the form of a cloud of points, which are converted into digital parameters proportional to the length, width and height of the vehicle.

Dimensional accuracy
The received data is processed and packaged into a single data package for transmission to the situational center by special software "Software for automatic weighing, identification and measurement of vehicle parameters in motion (SW WIM)" with subsequent transmission of the data packet via digital channels to the situational center.
Correct collection in a single digital package of the measured vehicle parameters for data transmission to the situational center is important for the correct display of the collected parameters of the measured vehicle.
