APK SAIS is installed on public roads, at customs posts, other vehicle control posts, designed for remote integrated measurement and registration of the following dynamic and static parameters of vehicles (V) in motion:
Recognition of the state registration number of the vehicle.
The total weight of the vehicle.
Loads on a single axle of a vehicle.
Loads on a group of axles located on the same vehicle suspension.
Loads per axle in a vehicle axle group.
Vehicle speed.
The distance between the axles of the vehicle.
The number of axles on the vehicle.
Vehicle class (type).
The number of wheels (slopes) on the axle.
Vehicle dimensions.
Number of vehicles.
Correctness of the formation of a digital data package of the vehicle.

Recognition of the state registration plate is carried out automatically by an intelligent system based on a photograph of the car obtained from special video cameras for recognition of license plates by ARH (Adaptive recognition) at the moment of crossing the vehicle measurement zone
1. ТС заезжает на полосу контрольного взвешивания.
2. Производится фиксация обзорного фото ТС и распознавание ГРНЗ ТС.
3. Тензометрические датчики фиксируют вес каждой оси ТС.
4. Программное обеспечение производит обработку информации и формирует пакет данных.
5. Пакет данных по каналу связи отправляется на сервер инспекции.
6. Программное обеспечение сервера формирует необходимые автоматизированные отчёты.
7. Отчёты автоматически отправляются в адрес зарегистрированных пользователей системы.
